LeoVegas and Playtech have expanded their collaboration by bringing Playtech’s catalogue of industry services to the Dutch market.
Playtech delivers gambling software, services, content and platform technology – driven by business intelligence. As part of its extensive operations, it also develops casino slots and live casino iGaming options for players in a range of markets – which will now be available to bettors in Holland through LeoVegas’ platform.
The Netherlands marks the seventh region in which this partnership is now operational, following successful launches through LeoVegas.com in the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Ontario. In January, Playtech also launched the largest ever iPoker event in network history, with its Elite Series Winter edition iPoker tournament.
Further, Playtech also announced positive FY2023 revenue results last month, displaying a 7% increase to €1.7bn ($1.8bn).
Speaking on this latest collaboration, Diane Crookes, Senior Commercial Director at Playtech, said: “The partnership between LeoVegas Group and Playtech continues to grow stronger. Our partnership with LeoVegas has been a key part of our growth strategy, and we are delighted to continue this journey as we expand into markets and explore new opportunities.”
Specialising in online and live casino, as well as sports betting – iGaming operator LeoVegas will seek to further diversify its offerings for players in Holland through this latest collaboration. LeoVegas has also sought further European expansion by entering a partnership with Octoplay in the UK and Sweden last month.
Remko de Boer, Netherlands Country Manager at LeoVegas Group spoke on this latest partnership expansion, saying: “We are excited to bring the Playtech catalogue to the Netherlands! We look forward to providing our Dutch customers with the greatest iGaming experience through Playtech’s renowned Casino Slots and Live Casino games.”
